so another week, another handfull of references to psychedlics... of course I find myself in a situation where I'm asked if I've done shrooms before. even some of the young freshmen I pass on campus I hear talking about tripping. Especially hard for me, because I'm an academic mentor for freshmen. I'm paid to be a guiding voice and help them with stuff like peer pressure and being independent and experiencing college life. how am I supposed to be a mentor if they are more experienced than I am?? I seriously might cave any day now... the pressure is just too much... it's everywhere...
