I wouldn't be able to cope with this. I wasn't listened to as a child and I actually have this fear that if my T speaks, I won't be allowed to speak again for the rest of the session. Illogical, but it's coming from a very young place.

It helps a lot that my T waits patiently in silence for me to speak. However, that's just me and my T. Sometimes Ts get it wrong - have you talked to her about it?
