I see two T's. T#1 was the original one I started with. He is a CBT guy. He suggested, afte 4 months with him, that I see someone for EMDR. So I found a EMDR T, who is a IFS therapist, and have been with him since Feb.
T#1 I cut back to every 2 weeks and see T#2 twice a week every other week.
They both know about each other and on occasions have had to put out fires that the other created.
