Hmm. I have moderate amounts of experience with this. I find that rose quartz is a better vibrational color/energy for matters of love, affection, and friendship, something you would use to better your relationships with your significant other, children/family, friends, etc. If this is what you need healing from, then I would say it works; otherwise, for matters of healing and clairvoyance, I would recommend clear quartz or amethyst. Make sure you pray over the water and bless it before you place the crystal in to cleanse it, and that you charge the crystal with your intent and feelings before wearing it. As far as sunlight, I think healing and clairvoyance are more suited to being consecrated in moonlight, but it's up to you.
