Av tried mediation before i couldn't do it that well

Listening to music helps i have some on now i cant have it really loud as i am in the dining room next to the living room and my husbands watching tv

Today the voices have been really loud i been around my husbands dads family all day with chicken and grasshoppers every time the chicken came near me the voices said that they where going to peck my eyes out
and the grasshoppers are for my sister in law lizard witch i stayed well away from

They get so loud some times that i cant sleep because of them
Tonight feels like one of those nights
