Exactly TR,
I was posting in a forum where I post regularly and needed some feedback about a pattern that I repeat and have no idea why. It IS related to therapy but somebody (a moderator) decided it wasn't therapy related and moved it.
Now, I feel ashamed and have no support. It sucks
