Bad day here for me, was terribly triggered yesterday by a stranger being aggressive with me, and then my boy threw a tantrum in the evening which really affects me and brings back horrid emotional memories. Got some sleep last night, but woke this morning feeling exhausted from dreams all night and just feel very down and tearful today.

Sorry...but you did ask, hope its ok to let it out here? Will be trying to do something to pick my mood up today, maybe a walk if it stops raining. Sunday showers here.
