It sounds like you are in a bad place now. At times like those it is tempting to wish for someone to take care of you. Do you have a therapist? Friends who understand are part of what you need, but you also need someone who is not emotionally involved to help you figure out why you are so deep in the grips of depression and find a way to get out of it.
People here will understand. We may not all be depressed for the same reason, but we have all been where you are, some still are and no one will judge you for how you act or feel.
To a point, crying is good. It helps you release some of the pain. However, if its all the time, it interferes with your functioning. Sometimes I wish i could cry. I know we are only cyber friends, but we are here.
