I remember hurting really bad when I lost a friend who was 15 years old to throat cancer. I was 16. Nothing could be said to me to make me feel better, however, being able to talk about my feelings and having somebody to listen was what helped me get by.
When I lost my father in Law 3 years ago, I thought I was going to loose my sanity, he was my best friend, my father figure in this country and the most important man in my life besides my dad. It hurted so much I couldn't even talk about it much ... and I am very talkative.
It is ok to cry, it is ok to lose it ... it trully is ok. An more than anything is it ok to be mad at God ( he understands ) and anybody you feel you need to be mad at .... My life savior was that book I read (Don't take away my grief). It really helped me start breathing again.

Please know how much we care, how much we appreciate you and how priviledge many of us feel to have the opportunity to be here for you the same way you have been here for us so many times. All of our love to you.
