Today was totally $hitty. They didn't even bother to wake me up for the Christmas dinner. Found only a note when I finally woke up "Merry Christmas. Your present is in the living room. Mom and Frank. I'll be back on Tuesday evening." F***! Yeah, they are going to be oh-so-merry! Luckily the cat didn't go anywhere so I have someone to talk to. Anyway, being alone is better than being with them so I should be glad. The problem is I am not. Very not. Anyone in similar situation?
