Thank you, Gloria. I'm going to buy that book today. The last time this happened, I totally lost it. That's when the panic attacks and depression started so I can't say that I went through the grieving process. Looking back, it seems as if I lost about 5 yrs of my life. I just don't remember much except being in hell. I don't want or need that to happen now.
