PS -- Oddly, I was thinking last night about how much better I used to sleep when I exercised a lot in the evenings. I used to walk my dog/s at least a mile, do yoga, and swim a half-mile 3 x a week. I couldn't maintain that kind of schedule now due to health, but I had the thought, "That was a good life." If your health and age permits, do you think exercise and fresh air might help?
