Faint, I'm sorry you are struggling. When my voices get loud and I can't block them out I listen to online lectures--keeps my mind more focused than music. It works for the day time but not the night when you have to sleep. Sometimes, at night I create conversations in my head with my pdoc. They have nothing to do with my voices but they distract me until I can fall asleep. I hope you can get this worked out......D.
