I can't do this. I thought i could .... but i can't, and i am weak My friend is trying to help me stop, and i honestly want to stop cutting but i can't. I look down and i can see the marks where i cut before, can see the scars, but there are no fresh cuts, and that bothers me so much. Its like i experience anxiety when i look down and don't see anything .... I need to so bad, but i know if i do i'll regret it. I'll just end up doing more damage to myself in the long run, and i'll hurt my friend by disappointing her ... I dont know what to do.....holidays suck.
