I know people with bipolar ll face depression, but what about people with bipolar 1 and the winter blues? Is that part if our spectrum or is SAD diagnosed?

Also, do people with bipolar ll face depression randomly throughout the year or just in winter? I only have depression in the winter and mania almost any time of the year besides fall.
