Routine is really important for me too. Especially a healthy sleep routine. I've dropped back on the exercise last week, I usually get on the exercise bike every day but I had some pain issues that made that hard to do. I am better now though so I really should get on it today. The negative thoughts are easier to push away. Im planning on doing more of my therapy courses today and trying the mindfullness and relaxation as I had trouble with it last night before bed.
