it's such an incredible distraction for me to remember to take my tablets...

even when I am blitzed I manage to keep the system intact...
like waking down in a nightmare....I rarely wake up....

I am so terrified to miss a dose and fight the accidentally mis-understood ghouls inside my head!

I am one of these individuals who most definitely needs medication...

I realise this now....after so many years fighting otherwise

so annoying as the discipline required from me?...

I feel better
