Don't come to this forum often but thought I'd respond.
Shaking is one of the main things I still deal with when an
anxiety attack is starting/happening.
Have had these for a looong time.
Situational things can trigger or will happen for no apparent reason.
The deep breathing works well for me now, also meds.
But sometimes nothing works. Not working has helped.
You're not alone. That goes for the crying too.
