I personally don't mind sleep paralysis it's kind of cool. Not sure if u know what happens. Usually when you fall asleep the brain shuts down the body parts so you don't move around. Then when it's done it wakes u up. There was a malfunction

Ask your doc if there is any thing for that. I kinda doubt it but you never know.
