It depends, a long neck can look graceful, and i can only think of one time when i thought a long neck looked ugly, i was watching "the biggest loser" and this guy lost a lot of weight and his neck looked too long in relation to his body. But then i read the comments section and all these girls were raving about how handsome he was, which he kind of was, but no one else seemed to think his neck looked too long. I think long necks are a good thing for the most part.
