Today I made the mistake of telling my mom that I had made a suicide plan a few months ago (and 2 years ago) when I was REALLY depressed. I even told her I had walked into a hospital and then walked out when the nurse at the desk asked if I had an emergency - I thought - "oh my God - what if they commit me!" so I walked out. I can't believe I told my mom - why did I? Now she'll obsess... BIG MISTAKE!!
