Serendipity that you post this positive outcome

for twenty years I have trusted the professionals and counseled others to do so. This past year I have decided i wasn't getting what I needed. Now I learn that a medication change is probably harming me. My trust level is very low right now, but I don't trust myself to make a clearheaded decision.
