I really hear you on this... my T was just away for 3 weeks. I saw her yesterday and we only have 2 more sessions before she goes away again! It is really hard on me when she goes. And I feel like I'm in constant transition when she's going again so soon. It takes time to reconnect when she comes back, and it's super hard when she's going. For her, she can just go... but for me it affects me really profoundly and it sounds like it does for you too.
