I fall asleep within 2 hours. It's super sedative for me.

Lord of the Rings might be a good one but I fell asleep within 20 minutes of watching it.

Don't eat freaking bread or the like. My mouth gets so dry and it's really hard to eat and swallow things that make my mouth more dry then it is.
