I am in the same place. Sometimes it seems a combo may have a slight impact but only for a very short time. I ave been on combos of more than 50 meds and ECT. I will never undergo ECT again even though pdoc is suggesting it. The price is way too high- loss of years of memories, not just for the short term, but forever. Concentration is also shot. Lost great career, self esteem, the works. D*** depression.

I guess we all just keep trying. There are a few treatment resistant depression clinical trials going on. I am on a list for some of them You may want to do some research on these. What more do we have to lose?.
