1. Check to see if there are retaliation policies within your former company, assuming they have a competent HR department.

2. Tracking the email should be easy to do, providing she didn't send it from your normal pc. Falsifying emails are easy, hiding their tracks, not so much.

3. How did she document these meetings, you supposedly had?

4. Is this person a former IT person or are they a normal manager, aka need someone else to fix their IT matters?
