I will never undergo ECT again even though pdoc is suggesting it. The price is way too high- loss of years of memories, not just for the short term, but forever. Concentration is also shot. Lost great career, self esteem, the works. D*** depression.
I guess we all just keep trying. There are a few treatment resistant depression clinical trials going on. I am on a list for some of them You may want to do some research on these. What more do we have to lose?.

Thanks for posting! ECT sounds horrible. My therapist keeps telling me, "No, you're thinking of the 1950's, they have refined it a lot more now". Does not sound good.
