Do you mean B3? Niacin, or B3 has an uncomfortable skin flushing effect. This can be avoided by taking it in the form of niacinimide. Look for a label saying "non-flushing B3" or "non-flushing niacin".

B12 doesn't cause flushing. I'm currently taking a mega dose of 5000 mcg with no flushing.
