yes those definitely sound like hallucinations. I too have heard voices, once it was like I was at a conference. My most common ones are on the highway. there are NASCAR explosions in front of me. I literally duck from the balls of fire and car parts flying at me. Or semi trucks are tippin over on me. Or I see large building blowing up on the side of the highway. I tend to see things when I am highly anxious and hear things when I am manic.
