I also have hallucinations. They are usually auditory and come when I am severely manic and/or off my meds. For example I once had one when I was home alone and I heard a stick break right behind me, and when I spun around to see who was behind me There was no one and no broken sticks to be seen. But like I said I was severely manic and off my meds... I hope that your hallucinations are not freaking you out to bad.
