If you're on meds: can you talk to the pdoc and get a prescription for the amount you'd need for 90 days, and then get it filled out BEFORE you put in your termination? And maybe see if your T can work something out - maybe reduced sessions on a sliding scale?.. just to make sure it isn't zero contact?
