I'm from the US and wasn't aware of the 90 day thing. Is this true? always true? If so, can you COBRA with your previous employer. Or maybe T can give you a reduced fee? But I'm still surprised about the 90-day thing--I've never heard of that. Also, the insurance exchanges are starting in a few weeks and legally have to cover mental health. Good luck!
