I doesn't matter where we are. I'll take him anywhere for him to have the best shot at getting better. It doesn't have to allow smoking inside. Just as long as it allows smoking breaks or a smoking area. I believe most psychiatric hospitals are getting away from allowing smoking, but there HAS to be some that allow it on some level. I know he won't go inpatient if he can't smoke. Patches and gum won't be reasonable in his mind. And why make treatment harder on him? He needs mental health treatment more than he needs quit smoking treatment.
