This time of year is stressful and stress will make you tired. Could that be it? Running full speed over the holiday and now your crashing from everything?
I would just try and take things slow. Do a couple of things that need to be done, then rest for a bit. If you want to catch a short sleep, set the alarm for like a 90 min. rest. 90 mins is a good amount of time, because it lets you get all the sleep stages and a better rest.
I guess it can be like a reward thing. Get this done then I can rest for a bit. That might be a good motivation. Just don't get yourself into a situation where you can't sleep tonight.
