I share good stuff as well as bad via email or text Partly because I find that for me, that helps keep therapy balanced (acknowledging good things, instead of it alllllllll being about awful things) and partly because I reckon it's probably pleasant for the therapist to read about a client having a success and it can be good and useful feedback for them too.
