I have a friend and her Husband just took his life and I told her that she should seek a Grieving group. Also, people that do that IMHO-are very selfish people. They don't think about anyone except them selves. He had a wife and a 1 yr old daughter. All I can do for her is offer an ear and a helping hand.
When my Mom passed away recently, I was told the same thing by people they told me that "You must just forget about it and go on with your life" a lot of people really do not understand, especially if they haven't been there. I learned that everyone Grieves differently, and it could take longer for some, then others to move on. You will never forget them it will just get easier to cope with. Some days are harder then others. Definitely at this time of year it is 100% harder to deal with. I'm here for you if you need someone to talk to. That's what I can do is lend an ear. Sometimes talking about it is the best therapy for you.
Here Always!
