You know I had problems with my arm and my shoulder when I was on my phone playing the Sims 3. I got so addicted to that game! I kind of outgrew words with friends and don't play it that much, but I understand what you're saying.

I would say put it down, but who am I to judge? I'm on my computer all day on PC, or playing games so its almost like playing on my phone lol.
