Maybe it's just the idea of things that you have to do that is making you tired...

Before you go to sleep each night, set aside a small task that you can do the next day... maybe just going out and buy milk, and start to fantazise about all the interesting things that can happen while you do it... maybe you'll run into someone you really want so etc... and then you'll see when you are doing one thing, it's easier to do another... it's just that damn getting up and go thing that can be so overpowering sometimes!!!
