Guess what I did!
I need some updated info about my mental health, sent to a company, of whom deal with supported housing, which I'm in the process of trying to get. My psychologist is with another company. Lastly, I have a case worker for helping getting me housed, also at a different organisation.
So what happened?
I asked my GP to send the information to my case worker, but the name I gave her was the first name of my case worker, and the last name of my psychologist.
I got back home, realised I made a mess of the woman's name, so got my dad to call up the surgery to forward the correct name to my GP.
I later realised that I hadn't actually mentioned the company the case worker to whom the information needs to be sent. So, now my GP has the correct name, but 2 different organisations, both of which are the wrong ones! Oh, but of course, one of them (the ones that deal with supported housing, called Mind) is the one to whom I ultimately need the info sent, but I wanted the info sent to my case worker, so it can be properly forwarded to the right person(s).
WHAT A MESS.
I hate all this confusing, crazy kaffuffling. Now there's gonna be a personal letter filled with updated mental health info, and it's gonna be sent to God knows whom at God knows what organisation. ¬_¬
You may now extract the urine.
