A few years back I was on Abilify and after about 8 months of taking the pill (it only really worked slightly) I ended up with uncontrollable and painful shaking of my body. It was the worst experience I have ever felt and I would not wish it upon anyone!

Luckily I went to a doctor right away and they were able to stop it and treat it with Benadryl (Strange right?) and it didn't become a permanent thing. Thank my lucky stars! However, my doctor just prescribed me another anti-psychotic with one of the side effects being TD.

I was wondering if anyone knows if having TD once before increases my chance of getting TD again because of this drug? I'm afraid to start the meds because I've had TD before and I'm afraid of it becoming a permanent thing this time around since I've already had it once. So does anyone know if it increases my odds?
