Yes you are running away from this job. You can either speak up and tell the Management or become more severe with these two clowns. They are running all over you! You will just find the same thing at the next job and the next and the next! Just stay there and just keep fighting back (in a nice way of course). Kill them with kindness. You are always going to have greedy people!
