I constantly go back and forth. Here's my cycle so far:

- ruminate on all past and current issues
- think about bringing them up to my therapist
- panic/imagine her response
- minimize everything
- pretend I'm fine and think about quitting

And the bad feelings/thoughts are usually just bubbling under the surface.
