Thanks for your replys all of you

I still dont feel any better but I know that I have to eat even if I really dont want to as I can not let my children not see me eat as I dont want them thinking what I am doing is right I want them to grow up big & strong.

Were sitting eating lunch at the moment its not much I am having a roll but its something & that I know is better than nothing.
