Bipolar is sometimes very hard to diagnose and many people are misdiagnosed, especially at your age. A mood diary as a Red Panda suggested is a brilliant idea so your pdoc/T can see what your moods are doing day to day week to week. You might also want to add how high the anxiety level is that day or if there are any other things going on during the day that might have an impact on your mood.
Sometimes when the meds start to work we can come out of depression and it feels so good that people suspect hypo/mania when it is just a good mood. Other times medication can tip BP people manic, but if this was the case with your meds I suspect you would be having a lot more problems.
It is definitely something to bring up with your doctors for sure, never disregard anything that worries you, they are there to help
