Today is the first day I'm going to see pdoc while in an "episode". I have word vomit so he'll have more information then ever before. Last time I had word vomit there was intake. I usually cancel when I'm like this but I also have Therapy. At some point between last session and the one before I scared her. I have no idea if it's what I wrote or she saw "this" coming a mile away. If she did she could have warned me . So today scedual

If anyone notices the idea that things take time and there's waiting periods had not occurred to me. So please wish me luck with this impossible schedule, and with pdoc and therapy. I'll need all the pocket riders I can get. lucky most of the appointments are on the same campus.
