From what I have been told, delusions usually do not go away regardless of medication because they are beliefs and the person having the delusion cannot tell that they are having delusions. They can be helped by medication in that a person can be able to ask someone to do a reality check with them, but the beliefs never truly go away. But they can be managed, which is what the medication is supposed to do.
Though that's a very low dose, so it could also be that the dose is too low and she needs it to be upped a little bit. I would have the doctor up the dose until it's in target range for her symptoms and if she's still not getting better, then I think it's time to change meds.
