That feeling of disconnect is such an awful feeling. I'm sorry you are going through that.
Something that has helped me is to use self care activities that include all of my senses and really focus while I do them. Taking a really hot shower and focusing all my attention on every last detail, from the minute my bathroom door closes to the minute I put my robe on.
Using strongly scented, tingly products during this exercise is really grounding for me. Listerine and Noxzema are both great helps for maintaining focus. Nice soothing smelling lotions and soaps are good, too.
