and I just can't hide it.

I have only been on the internet for about five years now but since then, I have had dial-up.
DSL wasn't available where I live.
Anyways, as of today, it is finally available to us.
I signed up and the guy said I should receive the modem next Thursday.
What's so great about this, is that where I live, we only receive 26.4 speed on our phones, which is about half of regular phone speed, so you can imagine how slow MY dial-up is.
I just can't wait til next Thursday. Wow, I even laid in bed last night just thinking about it. Am I going overboard about this? My husband thinks I'm a little silly about it but he is never on the internet, so he doesn't understand the frustration of how sloooow it is.
Anyways, I just had to tell someone that might understand my excitement.
