MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY!

I recently saw the neurologist and after describing my symptoms, he mentioned that I was missing one thing---the severe headache that most people typically have with a migraine. I was having the muscle spasms in the head, insomnia, waking up with tachycardia every 2hrs, and shaking like a leaf.. but I was missing the headache part.

He concluded I might have actually have a Generalized Anxiety Disorder, he also mentioned that he has a friend with the same problems and so he was able to relate. He insisted I see a psychiatrist, and it seems to be the one doctor everyone is leaning towards. I've called around and have managed to setup an appointment, but the appointment is about a month away.

Anyway, at least I feel like I'm finally on the right path. I think I'm going to create another thread in the anxiety section to hopefully straighten myself out in the meantime. Thanks for your comments guys!
