Well, people usually either like me or take me for weird.

One thing that I've noticed is that when I see people only on occasion, I do fine because I can monitor my responses and modulate my end of the conversation.
It's only when people see me on a daily basis that I run the risk of being seen as weird. Some people have even told me that I am stand-offish. I can only assume this is because I'm not the life of the party mostly I prefer to observe.

How I respond: I try to stay away from those who see me as weird. I'm not interested in trying to explain myself or redeem myself in any way.
